Nexoraecho operates as a curator and concierge intermediary, providing information, recommendations, and facilitation services for luxury Nordic hospitality experiences in Finland — including hotel reservations, wellness retreats, sauna bookings, dining reservations, Northern Lights excursions, and related VIP services.
We do not own or operate the resort properties, transportation providers, or third-party experiences featured on our platform. Each booking or reservation is ultimately fulfilled and governed by the policies of the respective property or service provider.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction in order to make reservations, submit inquiries, or otherwise interact with our services. By engaging with Nexoraecho, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Cancellation terms vary by property and service. We strongly recommend reviewing the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking confirmation. Nexoraecho is not responsible for refunds withheld by partner properties in accordance with their published policies. Where applicable, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Guests are expected to comply with the house rules of each partner property, respect local Finnish customs and environmental regulations, and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with luxury hospitality standards. Nexoraecho reserves the right to decline or terminate service to any guest engaging in unlawful, abusive, or disrespectful behavior.
All content on the Nexoraecho website — including text, photography, video, branding, design elements, logos, and curated descriptions — is the exclusive intellectual property of Nexoraecho or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
